Starting Pay Of A Sales Rep For Eli Lilly I Am Just Hired With A Stock Brokerage Firm In New York.AND?

I am just hired with a stock brokerage firm in New York.AND? - starting pay of a sales rep for eli lilly

I hired a brokerage firm in New York. Give me a study to examine the series 7 for 6 weeks to pay. After studying the series 63 exam. After that I can be sold, the formation of a few weeks. So I was on the phone and in production. I come as a 50K salary for a year while I'm in commissions. Now I see that the company stands on the site, we're looking for sales people available. They offer free meals for all those who met with them. They have 50 representatives, but they are always 10 repetitions. I'm beginning to believe that only one or two fires and keep the others. Try something like sports abound. Am I right?

Maybe. But with a work on a commission basis, there is plenty of turnover. Many people are not more than 7 and 63, then you probably need a constant flow. Remember, they will not pay to take exams and then, much less fired. That means no ROI. I know that many brokers and sales is important for them until you get a good base of assets under management. This seems a good time to engage in brokerage activities. There are many older drivers on the point of retirement and many young drivers in the economy, but very little 5 to 15 years that there are veterinarians. This leaves a huge hole when managing the corridors of 20 + years in retirement and many assets.

This can be a good tip. If a company constantly recruits new employees for the same positions, could be a bad sign. Or perhaps after the employees go to the Commission, are not enough and leaves.
